Donate by Text Message
It is now possible to make a donation to support Action for Sick Children by text message. Our Vodafone Individual Code (VIC) is: 'AFSC00'. You text this code along with an amount (£1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10) and the money goes straight to support our work.
Your text would look like this: 'AFSC00 £5' - and the number you would text it to is the JustTextGiving by Vodafone number: 70070
All text donations are free and will not come out of any inclusive texts you have as part of your price plan - even if you're not with Vodafone. You simply pay the cost of your donation.
When you make a text donation, it will either be deducted from your mobile phone credit or added to your mobile phone bill - and you will not pay any VAT on your donation.
It is possible to reclaim Gift Aid on your donation. Just follow the instructions sent to you by text every time you make a donation using JustTextGiving by Vodafone. By adding Gift Aid, you will help us reclaim the tax on your donation from HMRC.
Every penny you donate using JustTextGiving by Vodafone goes to your the work of Action for Sick Children. And if you add Gift Aid, we will get even more money by reclaiming any tax you've already paid on the amount you give.
